The Corporate Responsibility Coordinator coordinates all aspects of the Corporate Responsibility program, including implementing system-wide programs to ensure compliance, performs risk assessments, researches and resolves compliance and privacy related issues, develops training materials and monitoring tools, reviews and revises system-wide policies and procedures, supports the Corporate Responsibility Manager, VP of Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Responsibility Officers and departmental compliance representatives with promoting and implementing required compliance programs, performs compliance audits, communicates with internal and external customers, organizes and maintains logs of monitored program elements including calls, government inquiries, and training. Some travel within the local geographic area is required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Certification and Experience includes RN License with Bachelor's in Nursing; Paralegal with Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies; Bachelors in Finance Related field; OR Bachelors in HealthCare related field; in addition to 5 years Clinical related or 5 years Hospital related or 5 years Accounting experience.

Required Education and Experience may also include Master's or Juris Doctor's degree with 3 years Clinical related or 3 years Hospital related or 3 years Accounting experience.

Additional Preferred Certification includes CHC (HealthCare Compliance) or CHPC (Health Care Compliance).

*Compliance or Audit experience is strongly preferred
