Job Title : Emergency Room Nurse Free Standing Emergency Department
Shift: Full time Days , 7am to 7pm
Join the Swedish ED Team
and flex at 2 other Emergency Departments , including Lateran Award winning Swedish Level 1 Trauma Center .
We are looking for Nurses who are knowledgeable, open minded, humble, driven, adaptable, caring, creative, team player , compassionate, organized, and who love to work with like mined colleagues .Must have ACLS , BLS through the AHA also must have current TNCC and PALS.

Swedish Medical Center is proud to announce the opening of its freestanding emergency department in the Belmar and Lakewood community. Located on the northeast side of Wadsworth and Alameda, the Belmar ER will provide full-service emergency care that is completely aligned with Swedish Medical Centers standard of the highest quality service.
Full-Service, Comfortable Emergency Facility
The Swedish Medical Center Belmar ER is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering lower wait time averages than other emergency departments. It is equipped with nine private patient rooms and provides a full range of services on-site, including radiology scans and a laboratory.
Experienced Medical Staff
Belmar ER patients are seen by board-certified physicians with specialty physicians on-call for consultation. Children who visit the Belmar ER will be comforted by our compassionate nurses with pediatric certifications. Radiology techs and laboratory techs are available on-site to read scans and lab results.
The Service Excellence You Expect from Swedish
The Emergency Department RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The tasks and responsibilities include:
•Assesses, plans and evaluates patient care needs.
•Prioritizes patient care based on acuity level and available resources.
•Carries out physician orders.
•Assists physician during examination, treatment and procedures.
•Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, monitors vital signs.
•Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well coordinated patient care.
•Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
