The Community Benefit Coordinator works closely with the Community Benefit Manager, the Government Relations and Community Outreach team, the Community Benefit Council, health system leadership, and key departments (Communications, Finance, and Community Health) to provide content expertise, technical assistance and oversight to BayCare?s Community Benefit processes. This role works directly with Community Benefit Reporters and Administrators across the health system in providing consultative insight and direction related to Community Benefit reporting via the Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability (CBISA) tool, by facilitating Community Benefit training and education, as well as broader communications on Community Benefit topics.
2 of the required 5 years of Data Analysis must be in Community Benefit reporting and community health needs assessments. Prefer Certificate in Community-Based Public Health/Population Health/Health care Epidemiology
