Project Coordinator Psychiatry - ACN - Days

In this grant funded position, you’ll drive the daily success and future growth of how we support our patients with diligent grant management skills, collaboration with medical and mental health teams, and service delivery.

Collaborate with multiple hospital department teams and community-based organizations to identify and mitigate barriers to care. Work with families and adults affected by the HIV virus to help coordinate their care. This is both a patient facing and adminstrative role.

Preferred Criteria

  • Data analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Required Criteria

  • Masters Degree in psychology, social work, or other related field; or Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work, or other related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in service delivery and program evaluation
  • Experience in service delivery and program evaluation
  • Excellent Spanish-language skills
