This is a great next step for an Oncology charge nurse who’s ready to impact the field of nursing alongside the world’s finest healthcare professionals. Join us, and manage the delivery of high-quality care to patients in our three Oncology Units specializing in BMT and Hematology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/ Columbia University Medical Center. Collaborate with four transformational Patient Care Director’s to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff and support our nurses in delivering world class care by aligning schedules and assignments where needed. Inspire RN’s and the nursing support staff on the units where patient and employee satisfaction are above the hospital average. Communicate with all levels of leadership. And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time 10 hour shift 4 day/week 1pm - 11:30pm, evening shift position at NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Medical Center.

Preferred Criteria

    Master’s Degree in Nursing Certification in Oncology
Required Criteria

    At least two years of acute care RN Oncology experience Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) BCLS certification
