Service Area Overview
Northside Hospital's Patient Care Administration supports nursing leadership in delivering optimal patient care through leadership, coordination, and consultation, and by developing and evaluating programs, standards, and clinical practice.

Position Description
The Coordinator QI Performance Tracking will be responsible for performing concurrent and retrospective review of medical records to monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care. Performs quality reviews by using medical staff developed hospital criteria. Generates statistical data for and maintains external and internal licensed practitioner performance tracking profiles and records.

**Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred

Position Requirements
Degree or Certification in a Health Care Related Field. Four years varied experience reviewing charts and abstracting information. Competent at the intermediate level with Microsoft Office software. Experience using various types of health care related computer software.

License/Certification Requirements: No

Work Hours: 8a-4:30p

Weekend Requirements: No

On-Call Requirements: No
