Day to Day Duties:
  • As a Chief Nursing Officer, CNO, you will ensure the administration of quality of patient care.
  • You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the entire nursing, rehab and respiratory staff to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO
  • Leading the interdisciplinary team which consists of Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech and Language Pathologist and the Dietician
  • Steering Progressive clinical excellence through staff development
  • Sharing responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention
  • Clinical cost control
  • Providing nursing care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
  • Implementing company standards of care, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
  • Creating and implementing a schedule for safe staffing

Hours for this Position:

Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5pm

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's highly preferred!)
  • RN License in OH w/ no disciplines on file
  • 5+ years of recent clinical care nursing experience in either an Intensive Care, Critical Care, ER, OR LTAC setting
  • 2+ years of management, training, and coaching experience working in critical care, ICU, ER or LTAC
