RN, Unit Manager
Appomattox Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a RN Unit Manager for its 60 bed facility. The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operationsandis responsible for staffing and thesupervision of Charge Nurses and CNAs. The Unit Manager will also interface with physicians, and be responsible for QI reportingand providing clinical expertise to staff as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed as a Registerd Nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal and State Regulations
- Management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a long term care setting
- Energetic and enthusiastic for long term care nursing with a teamwork approach
They typical schedule for this salaried position will beMonday through Friday, 9:30am - 6pm; with a rotation of weekend Management Duty.
