RN/Registered Nurse- Full Time- Brooks Americare Home Health
The RN Visit Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients from day of admission through day of discharge. The overall goal is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction, to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integration and function of case management, utilization review and management, and discharge planning. The RN has accountability for the care, coordination, and discharge planning of all patients.
Area: Gainesville covering Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie counties
$2500 Sign On Bonus- $1000 at hire, $750 at 90 Days & $750 at 6 months
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (Card must be obtain thru a hands on class, NOT an online class. Need a CPR classCLICK HERE)
- 2 years RN experience, 1 year home health experience
- Must have valid driver license and auto insurance
