The Patient Support Partner position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Duties
  • The Patient Support Partner may perform some or all of basic patient care needs such as bathing, feeding, vitals, activities of daily living, and transportation of patients

  • Exposure to blood and body fluids is possible

  • Any additional unit based duties

Experience
Patient care experience preferred.

Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

License
Certified Nursing Assistant required for Subacute Rehab unit.

  • Orientation shifts may include weekend shifts during first three weeks of orientation, and night and weekend shifts during the fourth week of orientation
