The Clinical Technician position is located at UnaSource Surgery Center in Troy, MI

Job Duties
  • Assists the pre-op staff with ancillary duties and patient activities along with providing PACU support 
  • Assists with admissions and discharges, transportation and care of patients, room turnover, and ordering and delivering labs
  • Responsible for inventory and stocking

Experience
Two (2) years' experience in a similar position in a health care facility; patient care experience preferred

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer (Windows environment) skills 
  • Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills are required 
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task 
  • Demonstrates ability to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivated
  • Requires a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness

Additional Information
40 hours/week; benefited; M-F 6:00am - 6:30pm, with 8 hour shifts; hours and shifts dependent upon the needs of the center
