Job Description

Earn extra money by helping our senior population age happily and safely at home. We have availability in our Philadelphia, Delaware, and Main Line Montgomery County areas.

We are in need of a Per Diem RN to perform initial assessments and admissions of new senior clients for our private duty home care agency. Initial assessments and intakes would involve assessing the senior to determine physical, psycho-social, cognitive, environmental, and household management needs and completion of necessary intake paperwork. Our RN's also perform ongoing supervisory visits to check in on the clients periodically to update the care plan and verify clients are satisfied with our service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the aging population, especially in performing assessments, and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. They will also need strong computer skills to update the care plans in our database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Minimum of 5 years working as an RN with the senior population

*Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license

*Clear criminal background check
