Job Description

Mid-Delta Home Health & Hospice, a Christian organization, is currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for managing our Canton and Vicksburg offices.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for the day to day coordination of the delivery of quality health care services in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
  • Supervise and evaluate clinical staff
  • Conduct briefings according to guidelines
  • Communicate with clinical and clerical to assign and delegate patient care

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of management experience
  • Home health experience is a plus
  • A current license is required
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Mid-Delta Home Health & Hospice is also seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our professional team in Canton, Cleveland, Greenville, and Lexington.

Qualifications:

  • A current license is required
  • Previous experience in home health care is a plus
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
