Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary: TheCertified Nursing Assistantcares for the physical, spiritual, emotional and social needs of residents in a long-term care setting. Always demonstrating compassion, dignity and respect; theCNA will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice under the direction of a licensed nurse. Care will be individualized and appropriate to the age, spiritual needs, emotional needs and awareness level of the resident/s.
Minimum Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous rehabilitation or long-term care experience preferred.
License/Certification Requirements: Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. CPR certification required.
