Community Registered Nurse (RN)
A Community Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for following an established plan of treatment from a physician as well as build deep and meaningful relationships with your patients and their families. The best candidates will serve as the patient's advocate and health educator to increase their quality of life while keeping them in the comfort of their own home. This position requires a solid foundation of clinical skills, confidence to work in the community as well as impeccable assessment skills. It takes great organization and documentation skills to be successful in this role. This is a chance to truly be a community hero.
- (1) year of previous skilled Registered Nursing experience - skilled nursing environment, acute care (med/surg/telemetry/ICU/CCU/etc.), or home health/hospice case management position
- Active, unencumbered MD RN license
- Current MD driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, copy of TB Results, copy of updated physical
