Dialysis RN Staff Resident
Job Title: RN Nurse Resident
Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Nurse Residency Manager, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department under the direction of a Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director. Participate in learning activities, classroom lectures, etc. provided through the Wise Health System Nurse Residency program. Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care in accordance with the established patient care philosophy. Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care, maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; and participate in all phases of education.
Reporting Relationship: Designated Supervisor
Requirements: 1) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing 2) Current Texas RN licensure 3) CPR
