Administrative Coordinator/House Supervisor
The Administrative Coordinator/House Supervisor position is located in Kokomo, Indiana.
Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Care Services, and working with the nurse managers and through subordinate nursing personnel is responsible for assisting with the administration of the patient care services division. Coordinates and supervises the staffing and patient care activities of all nursing departments during the shift. In the absence of other department nursing managers, monitors the activities of personnel on a house-wide basis and serves as a resource person for the same. Participates in the care of and interacts with both male and female patients from neonates through geriatric age groups and a variety of medical/surgical, obstetrical and emergency patient populations.
Two (2) years of staff nursing experience is required.
Graduate of Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Bachelors of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency required.
