Position Description
Works with a multidisciplinary team to develop improvement strategies to achieve physician clinical quality aims and to impact externally reported practitioner data.

Position Requirements
Required: 1. Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or graduated from accredited medical school. 2. Minimum three years demonstrated experience in a clinical healthcare setting. 3. Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally. 4. Strong analytical and organization skills. 5. Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet required deadlines. 6. Presentation and group leadership skills required. 7. Expertise in word processing, spreadsheet and power point software and development of presentations required 8. High degree of personal initiative. 9. Ability to perform basic data and workflow analysis. 10. Ability to engage with and motivate diverse work teams (physicians, nurses, CMA, and office/support personnel). Preferred: 1. Certification in CMQ, CPHQ, or other quality improvement methodology. 2. Previous experience in a Physician Office Setting. 3. Previous experience in quality or process improvement role.
