Health & Home Services has recently been acquired by Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care and we are growing in NC! We are currently seeking nurses (RN and LPN) to complete our nursing shifts for in-home care. We offer both adult and pediatric level of care, providing in home shifts or nursing shifts to accompany children to school and receive their skilled nursing interventions on a one to one situation at school. Inquire today on how we can accommodate your availability. We offer mentoring training for nurses to learn to specialty of home care nursing.

Immediate shifts are available on a full-time or Part-time basis. We offer PRN shifts as well for you to try out home care nursing or supplement your full-time job.

  • Claremont: Friday 7a-5p, Sat and Sun 7p-7a with child requiring G-Tube Feedings
  • Newton: Weekends 7a-3p with pediatric client requiring respiratory support with trach. PRN weekdays are also available!
  • Hickory: Adult Male with vent and trach support has shifts available for full-time Weekdays 8a-4p and evening shifts Mon-Sun. PRN or PT also available
