GHR has a wonderful opportunity for a RN Case Manager in New Orleans, LA.
GHR is partnered with a terrific health system, who has an immediate need for RN Case Manager to help with discharge planning. Must have experience with EPIC and 3 years of Care Coordination at an acute care hospital.
Must have 3 years of nurse case management experience with a LA RN, or a Compact RN License.
