Per Diem position working 1-2 , 10 hour shifts weekly at Oro Valley Hospital

Coordinates services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care. Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review. Acts as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Minimum - Associate's degree; Master's/Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
"Required: 2 years of clinical/hospital experience or 2 years of experience in related area.
Preferred: Five (5) years experience in Case Management & prior Utilization Review experience
Skills:
Ability to read, communicate, and document effectively through oral, written, or electronic means. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to interview others and assess situations, prioritize and respond promptly to a changing workload.
Licenses/Certifications:
"Required for RN: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license
BLS Basic Cardiac ( American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
