As a Clinical Coordinator - Registered Nurse in the Trauma Telemetry Unit
you will perform patient care as needed, motivate and champion staff to reach their professional goals, and work closely with the Unit Nursing Director to provide leadership, including: Clinical management of the unit Role model providing leadership for the unit Staff personnel management including scheduling, orientation, training Customer satisfaction (patient, visitors, physicians and staff) Compliance with professional, regulatory, governmental and organizational standards Quality management activities, and much more.

Education: Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required) BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred) Licensure/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License (required) American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) Health Care Provider (required) ACLS certification (preferred)Experience
