As a director of operations at Agape Care, you’ll be responsible for overall fiscal and clinical performance of your assigned branch location(s). You’ll plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the agency to ensure adherence to the federal and state regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and established goals/budgets. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and management skills who can support the growth of the agency and can lead and foster positive staff morale. And just like all of our team members, we ask our director of operations to uphold Agape Care’s core values and standards.

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of health care management and 2 years of hospice experience required. Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
