Overview: Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a LPN to join our team at Carondelet Village in St. Paul, MN. Currently hiring for:

  1. A Part Time, Overnight schedule in LTC (6 shifts) - 6+ months experience required,
  2. A Full Time, Evening schedule in LTC (8 shifts) and
  3. A RN with 1+ year of nursing experience to join the on call team (requirement is to pick up 2+ times per month).
  • We are offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for the FT .8 Evening schedule to external RN candidates looking to join the PHS team.
Hours:

PM = 2:45p-11:15p

Overnight = 10:45p-7:15a

Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
