We are looking for experienced or entry level Administrative- Assistant to join our GROWING team at our office located in North Providence, RI. Our team is made up of highly motivated, driven self-starters, and we’ re looking for the same in our next Administrative- Assistant. The ideal candidate is located in the North Providence, RI area.

**THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION**

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality, by adhering to HIPPA/ confidentiality guidelines.
  • Maintain personal and professional boundaries in ways that are informed and sensitive to clients, staff, co-workers and supervisors.
  • Work independently, with the ability to request assistance when needed
  • Ability to understand and follow through with directions.
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position.
  • Maintain documentation in a clear and complete manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, co-workers and supervisors.
  • Answer, respond to, process and handle all administrative duties in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Complete data entry to and make reports using multiple computer systems.
  • Assist with office projects as directed.
  • Contribute to teamwork effort in keeping entire office clean (Vacuuming, kitchen, bathrooms, common areas) including keeping a tidy work area.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position.
  • Process and handle all administrative duties in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Assist with department audits
  • Maintain employee charts from orientation to closing of charts
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain employee personal information on computer systems and throughout company channels as required

Qualifications: The candidate for this position will hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Candidate may have medical office and/or office assistance background. This position requires the ability to work well with the public, have a pleasant and professional attitude, be computer literate, and understand the importance of confidentiality.
