Follows the Board of Nursing’s (BON) Standards of Nursing Practice utilizing the nursing process in care delivery. Qualifications

Education / License / Certifications:

 

  • BSN required within 24 months of hire
  • Current Texas RN License
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS and NRP issued by the American Heart Association required
  • Specialty certification in High Risk Neonatal Nursing preferred.
  • Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.
Experience:
  • Minimum 18 months experience within an acute care hospital with a minimum one year in a specialty area.
