SHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)
SCHEDULE: Full-time


Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Tele PCCU Full Time Nights 7P-7A   New Hires may receive up to a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.   Under the general supervision of the unit’s director, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the department.     Our inpatient Heart and Vascular floor provides a full service cardiovascular program for our patients.  We provide care to a variety of patients including acute Cardiac diagnosis and treatment, pre and post Heart and Vascular procedures, recovery of post CABG as well as ICU and CVICU step down.  Our busy Society of Chest Pain Center accredited 30 bed unit has a team oriented group of caring clinical professionals including a Nurse Educator and a helpful group of Patient Care Techs.  We are looking for RN’s that are interested in advancing their career caring for wide range of cardiovascular patients.      Medical City Arlington is a 432-bed full-service hospital located in the heart of the growing South Arlington area. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BSN required within 1 year
Current Texas RN license or RN compact license
Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Certification in specialty required within 1 year
Completion of charge nurse course required within one year
Other leadership training and activity in professional organizations highly preferred
Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/ management experience is preferred.
