Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Sign-on Bonus

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions 

Full-Time $4000 & Part-Time $2000

We are looking for self-motivated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 5-star Skilled Care Team in both full-time and part-time positions!

Current Opportunities (each position includes every other weekend):

• Day Shift - Part Time with 2 Supervisor shifts
• Day Shift - Premium Weekends
• Evening Shift- Full Time
• Evening Shift- Part Time
• Night Shift- Modified Full Time
• Pool is available for all shifts but no sign-on bonus is attached

Shift differentials:

• Monday-Friday        Evening shift: $2.25                    Night shift: $1.75
• Weekends:              Evening shift: $3.25                    Night shift: $3.25

Responsibilities include:

• LPN participates in change of shift report. Records physicians orders accurately. Obtains necessary information from CNA's and properly documents and communicates all information.
• LPN directs, supervises Certified Nursing Assistants.
• LPN precisely administers and documents medications, treatments, and conditions of residents. Completes all required written documentation accurately and timely.
• LPN re-positions and/or transfers, as well as transports residents. This includes using available mechanical aids and additional staff according to established QPRC policy and practice.
• LPN continually assesses resident's health status; reports and documents changes appropriately.

Position Requirements:

• Long Term Care Experience a plus
• Current Valid Pennsylvania LPN license 
• Current CPR Certification (QPRC will provide training if necessary)
