Operating Room Nurse Manager Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or related field) required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three years Hospital Nursing experience. OR Experience Preferred. Previous management/leadership experience preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State. Position Responsibilities: Nurse Managers have major responsibility for the implementation of the philosophy, goals and standards of the organization and quality management of nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility on a 24 hour basis. |
