SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Sepsis/Stroke Coordinator collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide care for septic and stroke patients.  Provides clinical and professional expertise to focus on health promotion and disease prevention.  Planning, organizing, and evaluation of patient care within the program as well as compliance with regulatory bodies and national guidelines for sepsis/stroke management. This position helps to develop and maintain high quality, evidence-based care through education and training.  This position supports the nursing team and maintains a strong component of patient/family advocacy with day-to-day review and coordination of multidisciplinary services.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing preferred



Three to five years of Acute Care, Critical Care, and/or ED experience with a solid grasp of hemodynamics



Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
