Goals and Learning Outcomes

Nurses can make a distinct impact by influencing the design of care delivery and improving the practice environment as part of strategic interprofessional planning . 

The goal of this course is to provide nurses in acute care settings with new skills to use as members of an interprofessional strategic planning team.

  • Identify your new strengths for contributing to interprofessional team strategic planning sessions.
  • Apply good enough, push on (GEPO), SWOT, and simple rules when designing strategic plans.
