  • Caring for patients and family members by providing support, answers and resources
  • End-of-life issues and advocacy
  • Life-limiting conditions and diseases
  • Managing patients’ physiological and psychological needs
  • Pain assessment and interventions
  • Practical issues and professional development

After completing the course, you will be ready for the hospice and palliative nursing certification exam. This course is created by leading subject matter experts (SMEs) in the field and is based on the current exam content outline published by the examining boards for this nursing specialty.

Please note that Nurse.com does not administer nursing certifications. We specialize in online and live lecture review content that provides registered nurses the tools you need to pass your certification exams. We recommend that you utilize more than one resource when preparing for national certification examinations. Certification exams are taken following an application process through the appropriate organization.
