To protect themselves, patients, and families, clinicians must understand how diseases are transmitted and prevented. This course discusses transmission, prevention, identification, and treatment of infectious conditions that are common in the U.S.
The goal of this course is to provide nurses and physicians with knowledge of infectious disease conditions commonly encountered in acute care.
