Goal and Learning Outcomes

The goal of this celiac disease continuing education program is to teach dietitians and other health professionals what they need to know to help manage patients with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. After taking this course, you should be able to:
  • Discuss the risk factors and clinical presentation of celiac disease.
  • Identify methods of diagnosing celiac disease.
  • Explain dietary management for people with celiac disease.
