Stress is like a pernicious weed. If you don’t tend to it while it’s still manageable, those roots can get a stronghold over your mental health.

Good thing there are lots of simple, fast and effective ways to de-stress. Using some of these mini reprieves regularly will give your mind and soul a chance to quickly de-escalate when stress begins to grow out of control. Keep at it. The more you practice them, the happier you’ll be.
