The American Nurses Credentialing Center provides free resources to prepare for the certification you reference including sample questions and more. Look in the left sidebar under "Study Aids and CE." For additional support in this endeavor, I would suggest you contact your local chapter of the Case Management Society of America. They sometimes offer review classes and other support. You might even be able to find a member who has been through the certification process and can mentor you through it.
