The universal bed architectural design features open nursing stations, allowing patient rooms to be visible at all times. Other key features include advanced monitoring capabilities, room service on demand and spacious patient rooms.
This innovative model allows us to evolve to meet the needs of our patients, Sheila Fata, BSN, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, the hospitals CNO and vice president, said in the release. The entire unit has been designed with the visibility and technology to allow transitions in the level of care provided with no additional construction.
The hospital has continued to expand since opening more than 14 years ago, and further expansion is planned based on the needs of patients and the community.
