After 30 years in nursing I still have the passion. After I was diagnosed with tongue cancer, I was sidelined for over a year. The RNs and PCAs who took care of me were all caring and compassionate. The care that I once showed to my patients was given back to me. Never grow tired of caring for others because one day you will need it.
