Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, Ill., has named Jacklynn Lesniak, RN, MS, BSN, as CNO and senior vice president of patient care services.
Lesniak has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and will be responsible for growth and development of the nursing program at CTCA. She also will facilitate the design and implementation of patient care delivery, recommend strategies to improve services, and continue to execute the standards set forth for Magnet recognized hospitals.

Before joining CTCA, Lesniak led UW Health Partners Watertown (Wis.) Regional Medical Center as CNO and COO. She also previously served as vice president of clinical services for The Heart Hospital of Milwaukee.

Lesniak earned her BSN from Illinois Wesleyan University and her Masters of Science in Management from National Lewis University, Bloomington, Ill. She holds certifications in ACHE Leadership Development, Patient Experience Design and Lean Six Sigma. She is also a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Organization of Nursing Executives and the American Association of Critical Care Nursing.
