Nurse.com is offering two IV technique programs on the East Coast during the next six months ? one in Virginia and one in New York (www.Nurse.com/Events/CE-seminars). However, certification is not offered with these programs.
Do an Internet search for "IV certification NJ," and at least one certification course, such as this one, should come up sn.Umdnj.edu/Cont_Ed/IVTherapyExtended.html.
You also can check with area chapters of the Infusion Nurses Society (www.ins1.org) to see if anything else is being offered in your area.
