Nursing units were invited to create displays and offer handouts to allow nurses in the hospital to learn about other units, services they provide and to acquaint themselves with other nurses. Units were encouraged to make their displays informative, fun and interactive. The event was not only open to and attended by nurses, but was visited by all Overlook employees and visitors.Volunteers at Overlook Hospital’s block party include, front row, third from left, Teresa Kmiotek, RN, nurse educator; Sue Ghizzone, RN; and Chante Taylor-Hutton, RN.
