Melissa Winter, RN

Melissa Winter, RN, MSN, will join the leadership team of Baylor Medical Center at McKinney (Texas) as CNO and COO this summer. The $205 million, 467,170-square-foot hospital will open in July 2012. Winter is CNO of The Heart Hospital Baylor-Plano, a 116-bed facility, where she has served since its January 2007 opening.
