Lutheran General, Edward Hospital, Loyola Nurses Find Success

The following nurses from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill., achieved certified ambulatory perianesthsia nurse status: Nancy Badea, RN; Terri Mirow, RN; Judy Corrozza, RN; Melissa Gould, RN; and Mary Higgins, RN. Carol Holzer, RN, achieved post-anesthesia nurse certification.

The following RNs made achievements at Edward Hospital in Naperville, Ill. Heidi Caho, RN, received emergency nurse certification. Young Hee Ho, RN, received an MSN. Jeanette Rossetti, RN; Susanne DeFabiis, RN; and Camille Belpedio, RN, published the article “How Behavioral Health Nursing Staff View Pet-Assisted Therapy: An Exploratory Study” in the September 2008 Journal of Psychosocial Nursing and Mental Health Services. Jenna VanGilder, RN, achieved oncology certified nurse status.
