Terese Scollard

Terese Scollard, MBA, RDN, LD, FAND, is the regional clinical nutrition manager for Providence Health and Services, Portland, Ore., and owner of MySurgeryPlate LLC. Terese was a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics work group that in 2012 designed and released the Consensus Statement on malnutrition jointly with the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She served on the first Nutrition Informatics task force with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She was honored in 2011 as outstanding dietitian of the Year, the highest award given by the Oregon Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
