Sarah Newman Boateng, MHA, is the executive deputy secretary at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Prior to serving in this role, Ms. Boateng served as the special assistant to the Physician General at the Department of Health and the director of public affairs at Planned Parenthood Keystone. Ms. Boateng holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the Colorado State University, and she is also a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Robert Morris University.
