Mindy G Spigel

Mindy G. Spigel, MSN, RN, is a nurse with more than 30 years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She currently works as the coordinator of Organizational Effectiveness for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System where she provides training to staff, primarily nurses, on various topics, and manages special projects.

Spigel earned a bachelor's in nursing from the University of South Florida and a master's degree in pediatric nursing from the University of Alabama. She has taught in both hospital education programs and in the academic setting, and has presented numerous national, state and local programs.
