Margaret C. Wilmoth, RN, PhD, FAAN, is a professor in the School of Nursing at University of North Carolina in Charlotte. She was a 2009-2010 Robert Wood Johnson health policy fellow in the office of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and was involved in the passage and implementation of the ACA.
