Capt. Lynn Slepski, RN, PhD, CCNS, United States Public Health Service, is the senior public health advisor in the Office of Intelligence, Security and Emergency Response in the Office of the Secretary, Department of Transportation. She has a broad background in operations, response and weapons of mass destruction and has been an integral part of national pandemic influenza and medical countermeasure planning efforts.
