Lynn Papesch, MSN, RN, CPN, CPEN, has 30 years' pediatric nursing in step-down PICU, Surgical/Cystic Fibrosis Adolescents and the Pediatric Emergency Room at University Hospitals of Cleveland Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a preceptor for new graduate nurses and nursing students, and she is a basic life support and pediatric advanced life support instructor.
