Lee Lindquist
MD, MPH, MBA
Lee A. Lindquist, MD, MPH, MBA, is an associate professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and an attending physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. She is the principal investigator for a current research study, Advanced Planning for Home Services for Seniors. In addition, for 2015, she was also the principal investigator for research regarding Hospital Discharge and Cognitive Changes in Older Adults as well as a collaborating investigator for the Longitudinal Study for the Cognition, Health Literacy, and Self-Care in COPD Patients. A widely published author for topics spanning health literacy and communication, Dr. Lindquist desires to improve geriatric health care in regard to discharge instruction, comprehension and safety. She was honored with the Outstanding Teacher of the Year in Subspecialty -- Geriatrics award for 2014 and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
